Crushed in Time brings its stretchy Sherlock Holmes puzzles to phones

JoyBit Team ·

Crushed in Time is a comedy point-and-click adventure from Draw Me A Pixel, a spin-off of its earlier game There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension. Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson star in a new video game of their own, but one of its characters has gone missing right after launch, and the pair travel back through the game's development to find out why.

The twist is in how you interact. Instead of tapping every object and combining items in an inventory, you grab characters and scenery, stretch or squash them, then let go to fling them into place. The art style shifts as you visit earlier stages of the game's production, and the script leans hard on fourth-wall jokes about bugs and unfinished levels.

The PC version came out on June 10, 2026. Pocket Gamer reported the iOS release on October 19, and ixbt.games reported on October 22 that it is also out on Android. On Google Play it is free to try, and a single $6.99 purchase unlocks the rest of the game. The store page lists no ads. Neither the store nor the coverage says whether it works without an internet connection, so check that before a trip.

It is rated Everyone 10+ on Google Play, with English voices and subtitles in ten languages. It suits players who like story-driven puzzle games with plenty of jokes and want something to finish over a few sittings rather than play forever.
